Homeopathy Helps Men With Their Health

I write so much about women and children in my blog posts. I thought it would be good to write specifically about men, and how homeopathy has helped men in their health.

The inspiration to write this post came from a very short conversation I had with a man at a meeting I attended several weeks ago. I had mentioned to him that I had written a blog post recently saying that women don’t put themselves on the list; that women are busy taking care of others and don’t take care of themselves. He said that women DO take care of themselves. They are always taking care of themselves. It is men who don’t take care of themselves. I asked, why? Why don’t men take care of themselves? Because of weakness. They don’t want to appear weak, he said. Another man, who I spoke to recently, said that men don’t take care of themselves until there is something big. It is interesting to me to hear this.

Men Do Come In For Homeopathy

I do see men in my practice. Perhaps for some of these men, young and old, their coming in was from the urgings of their mother, girlfriend, wife, child, or partner. That may be so, but some men did come in on their own. There was always something in particular that was bothering each of the men, whether a physical complaint, an emotional complaint, a behavioral complaint, a work compliant or something else. This complaint was our start, where we began during the homeopathic consultation. I would want to hear more of what this complaint was like for this man, how he experienced it, along with hearing about his dreams, what he likes to do, what his work is like, his fears, how he handles stress, and more.

Homeopathy looks at each person as an individual, and looks at the whole of this individual. A homeopathic remedy that is similar to all of this, is selected. This homeopathic remedy stimulates the man’s own healing process; it promotes a self-healing. The complaint that brought the man in is better, and he is better in himself, handling what happens in his life in a more constructive way.

Some Of My Patients

Here are a few of the men I have seen in my homeopathic practice. I write what brought them in, but there is more to each of their cases than what I have written here.

men– a man in his 60’s who experienced unbearable and ongoing itching from a rash in his groin area.

– a teenage boy who experienced seizures very often.

– a 50-year-old man who had chronic colds, and nasal congestion. He was taking antibiotic after antibiotics for these colds.

– a man who had rosacea on his face. He worked physically close to people as a practitioner, and was concerned how his appearance appeared to his patients.

– a man in his 20’s who had eczema on his arms. He too was concerned how others viewed him. He covered up his arms most of the time.

– a man who suffered from PTSD after serving in Iraq. He had difficulty sleeping. He would have angry outbursts very often, and would confront other people in a very angry way.

– a 51-year-old man who had sinus infections with the sensation of a plug in his nose. He was afraid that he was losing his job, and would have to start all over again.

– a 50ish man. He described having the feeling of entrapment in his life,. He had difficulty breathing and shortness of breath. He was concerned about what will happen to his aging parents and his children. He said, he had a general lack of well-being.

– a 15-year old teenager who had panic attacks.

Other Health Issues

The following is a list of some health issues that a man may be experiencing.

  • autoimmune illnesses – arthritis, MS
  • emotional issues – fears, anxiety, depression, prolonged grief, angry outbursts
  • heart conditions
  • respiratory illnesses – asthma, shortness of brief
  • sexual dysfunction
  • digestive issues – bloating, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, diarrhea, indigestion
  • headaches and migraines
  • allergies – seasonal, food, hay fever
  • chronic colds and coughs
  • urinary and bladder infections, painful or difficult urination
  • muscular aches and pain
  • memory loss, loss of concentration, restlessness
  • not recovered from an injury
  • just not feeling well
  • what is bothering you

My Ideal Patient For Homeopathy Is Mom

The other day I was thinking of who my ideal patient is in my homeopathic practice. And it is a mom. She is usually holistically minded. She may have done some reading in holistic health, and on homeopathy. She wants for herself momsand her family members to experience a long lasting healing for whatever health concern they may have. She doesn’t want her family to be taking ongoing medications that don’t help or heal. And she doesn’t want them to be experiencing any  side effects. She wants a healing for her family and for herself.

The mom may need to talk to her husband or partner, educating them on the benefits of holistic health, on homeopathy. Sometimes she may feel that she needs to use allopathic medicine (western medicine) for a health concern. For me as a practitioner of homeopathy, I tell moms that if they do use, let’s say antibiotics, we can still continue doing homeopathy. I don’t want the mom to feel she needs to choose between allopathic  and homeopathic medicine in some instances.

Health Concerns

The following are some health concerns that the family may experience. Although, they are listed by mother, father and children, some of the health concerns can affect either age or sex.

Some of the health concerns a mom may have for herself: menstrual issues, menopause, anxiety, depression, insomnia, digestive issues, headaches and migraines, fibromyalgia,  skin eruptions, chronic fatigue.

For her children: behavioral issues, eczema, asthma, other skin eruptions, on going coughs, stomach aches, chronic ear infections and colds, nightmares, fears, difficulty sleeping, childhood diseases.

And for her husband: men’s issues, lack of confidence, headaches, insomnia, performance issues in different areas, skin eruptions, arthritis, injuries, flus.

Moms

I have seen all sorts of moms. A new mom who wants to know how to help her young baby develop immunity.  A grandmother who has brought in her grand children for behavioral issues. A mom who is concerned about her teenaged son who has skin eruptions. A mom whose 7 year old son has an ongoing cough, or has a teenage daughter who has difficult periods. And a mom calling about her mother. Most of the time, the mom is the gateway to the family’s health. All sorts of moms, from a new mom to a grandmother, and all the moms in between.  A mom brings herself, she brings her children, she brings her grandchildren, she brings her husband/partner, and other family members.

Please know that dads can be the mom too.

So moms out there, and dads, educate yourself on homeopathy, and see how it can be of help for you and for your family’s health care.

If I can be of any help for you and/or your family, please contact me here by leaving a comment or through my website www.homeopathytoheal.com  I offer a 15+ minute complimentary Get Acquainted Phone Call.

Children Who Are Having Difficulties – Homeopathy Heals

The other week, I was attending a meeting in which I was introducing myself and saying a little bit about homeopathy. I was specifically talking about a patient of mine, a young boy. I prefaced what I was saying about him, with the statement that it is not that children are difficult, but that children have difficulties.

Children Who Are Having Difficulties, NOT Difficult Children

A child is having difficulties, and from this, there may be behaviors or responses or reactions or symptoms unhappy-boy2-6525479that the adults around the child find difficult.  So we say the child is difficult.  The child is having difficulties. Something is bothering the child, and it is manifested in symptoms and behaviors that others may find difficult.

Somethings that could be bothering a child:

  • An inner struggle
  • Difficulty in vision, hearing, processing information, paying attention
  • Environmental factors – exposure to toxins, not enough food, reaction to foods, poor environment, abuse
  • Relationships – abuse (I know I have written this twice), family discord, parental problems, family dynamics, siblings, friends
  • A physical ailment, injury

Ways in which a child may manifest what is bothering them:

  • Anger, acting out, tantrums
  • Fears, terrors, anxiousness
  • Sadness, withdrawal, depression
  • Difficulty in friendships and relationships
  • Bed wetting, frequent urination, UTI’s
  • Oppositional behavior
  • Frequent colds, sore throats, stomachaches, headaches, persistent or nervous coughs
  • Rashes
  • Allergies
  • Respiratory symptoms – asthma
  • Difficulty concentrating and focusing
  • Sleeping problems, nightmares, sleep walking
  • Digestive issue – constipation, diarrhea

The symptoms are signs that something is not right, off balance.  The healing needs to address what is bothering the child. Sometimes, it is just changing the environment, and then the “difficulty” is better.

A Boy With A Persistent Cough

Years ago, I saw a young boy for a recurring cough. The cough actually bothered the mother more than it bothered the boy.  With talking and listening to the boy, I understood that what bothered him the most was that his younger sister was the boss of him. He was older, taller, yet he felt that she was the boss of him.  Unfortunately, his mother did not bring the boy back for a follow up appointment, but I found out through a friend of the family that the cough had subsided. My guess was that the boy also was feeling better about himself, and didn’t feel that his sister was the boss.

A Healing With Homeopathy

Homeopathy addresses the whole person. With this boy, the cough in a way was showing that here was something off within him. He had a sensitivity to someone else being smaller than him, who was bossy to him, even though he was bigger and older. That sounds simple, but there is more to it. His mother saw the difficultly as being the cough. The boy was having difficulties, the cough showed it, but there was more to it. And this sensitivity in relationship to his sister was probably experienced in other places, and with other people, possibly at school.

Is there a child you know who is having difficulties?

I am always happy to talk to people on how homeopathy can be helpful for them, and in this case extremely helpful for a child who is having difficulties. Acute Illnesses and Chronic Conditions – Homeopathy Heals

People say they are sick, with a cold, a flu, asthma, eczema, for example. In this blog post, I want to differentiate between an acute and a chronic illness. Homeopathy is helpful in both of these types of illnesses.

Acute

An acute illness is defined as being one of a sudden onset, lasting for a short period of time. Either the person recovers, or dies. It is a one time occurrence. Some acutes are:

  • Colds
  • Influenzascartoon cold
  • Viruses
  • Infections
  • Childhood diseases

With homeopathic care, these acute illnesses don’t last as long, and symptoms don’t linger. Often, in a flu season, there are several homeopathic remedies that are healing for that particular flu strain that year.  If you are not moving through an acute illness, then homeopathy will be very helpful.

Sometimes an acute illness can develop into a chronic condition, such as with earaches, stomachaches, sore throats, and swollen glands. We hear this a lot with children, having one earache after another. Having earaches has become a chronic condition.

Chronic

Chronic conditions are ongoing health concerns. There are flare ups of the symptoms, and at other times the person may feel well. It is not necessarily life threatening, but it is ongoing. Often, at the onset, it might not have been noticed, but over time, it has gotten progressively worse, lowering the person’s immune system.  The person tends to live with the chronic health concern the best way they can. And perhaps, the person is using medication to help ease or to palliate the symptoms, pains, or discomforts, but the medication is not truly healing the health concern. Some chronic health concerns are:

  • Arthritis
  • Auto immune diseases
  • Asthma
  • Breathing difficulties
  • Coughs
  • Depression, anxiety, panic attacks
  • Insomnia
  • Skin eruptions – eczema, psoriasischronic disease
  • Digestive issues
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Menstrual difficulties
  • Fertility issues
  • Men’s issues
  • Behavioral challenges
  • Fears
  • Chronic earaches, stomachaches, sore throats, swollen glands
  • Just don’t feel well
  • A health concern developed after an accident or injury, such as chronic pain
  • A health concern that developed after an emotional loss or trauma

Homeopathy Heals Acute and Chronic Health Concerns

Homeopathy is wonderful for both acute and chronic health concerns. With each of these health concerns, the homeopath listens, observes, and uncovers, with the aim to understand what this person’s suffering is like. Then a homeopathic remedy is given that is similar to what the person is experiencing in their health concern. The homeopathic remedy stimulates the person’s own healing process, their immune system, and heals at the core of where the symptoms, discomfort and pain stem from.

**********

I would be happy to talk further about how homeopathy can be of help for any acute or chronic health concerns you, or a loved one may be experiencing. I see people of all ages. Children Who Are “Stressed”, Homeopathy Helps

With two calls this week about potential patients, I thought it was time to write this blog post. I had written a blog post about stress and had mentioned at the end of it (STRESS and Homeopathy) that we don’t often use the word “stress” when talking about children. But children do respond to things happening in their lives, are stressed, and have an automatic response to outside pressures, just as adults do.

Both phone calls were to see if homeopathy would be helpful for a child. One was younger than 5, the other was a preteen. Both children have seen or are seeing a therapist;  neither have started any kind of western medication.  Children do very well with homeopathy. It is a wonderful time to start homeopathy when they are young. I have been saying since these two phone calls that these children are at a fork in the road. If they go down the western medicine road, they will most likely be given medication, and that often snowballs, leading from one medication to another one. These two children are both too young to start this, and why do this to children anyway?

The following are some of the symptoms and behaviors we may see in a child who is having difficulties and is stressed: fears, phobias, depression, oppositional type of behaviors, acting out, bed wetting, PTSD type of symptoms, withdrawal, tantrums, difficulty concentrating, anxiousness, anger, crying, sadness, chronic colds or stomachaches, headaches, difficulty sleeping, nightmares, eating difficulties, digestion issues, skin eruptions and more. Actually anything, and everything. It is just how the child manifests his stress.

child upset or worried

In some ways, children don’t have as much control over their environment as adults do. (Although adults may feel that they don’t have any control either, and that may be part of their automatic response).  The child may be responding and reacting to different things or events that are happening in his life.  The event or situation may have triggered the child’s sensitivity, and thus symptoms and behaviors are being expressed, some of them listed above.

I know as parents, we all do our best and want our children to be happy, healthy, safe, to be loved, loving, and develop into their full potential as human beings. With all our good intentions as parents, we sometimes don’t have control over things that do happen to our children, or to us. Things happen in life; changes occur; and we just go with it as best as we can.  Some of these events and situations could be: how a person is being treated, family issues, divorce, separation, financial changes, loss of a family member, poverty, reaction to medications or vaccines, malnutrition, abuse, disability, war, exposure to chemicals or drugs, food sensitivities, a difficult birth or start to life and more.

When someone brings their child to homeopathy, the homeopath is learning about this child’s sensitivity. This is done through observation, listening to both the parents and the child, finding out about dreams, finding out what bothers them, the child’s likes and dislikes, and more. With all of this, the homeopath gives a homeopathic remedy that is similar. The remedy stimulates the child’s healing process, and the sensitivity quiets down, the automatic response lessens, and the symptoms ease off. For example, the bed wetting has stopped, oppositional behavior has eased, fears have quieted down, coughs and breathing difficulties are no longer occurring. The situation may have not changed, but there is a shift in the child, and now he is able to move on, and handle things better in his life, perhaps even changing his situation if he can. A healing has occurred.

STRESS and Homeopathy

Stress is a word we hear and use often in describing how we feel or what is happening in our lives. We say things like:

  • I feel stressed.
  • That was so stressful.
  • I need to get control over the stress in my life.
  • This stress will make me sick.
  • Stress will kill me.
  • Here is how to avoid stress.
  • How you can I be stress free?
  • You/this stress(es) me out!

These all sound as if stress is outside of us, as if it is its own entity doing something to us. And as long as we take care of this outside source of stress, we won’t have it anymore.

It is true that stress is outside of us. But it isn’t doing something to us. There will always be stress, because stress is living life – things happen.  Loss of a loved one, loss of a job, financial concerns, changes in the family, divorce, illness  – these are just some of the stresses we experience. It could also be an emotional slight. We all have our own sensitivities.

Stress is how we respond to life, to what is happening to us. So it is outside of us. But it is how we are responding to what is happening. This response manifests in symptoms or states of being. In a way, it is our default mechanism, our robotic mode, that we go to when things happen in our lives. It is how we respond when something happens to us. Each person is different in their response.

stress 1

If you think about, or observe how you are feeling and thinking during stressful times of your life, what comes up? Are there particular physical complaints? Are there emotional symptoms? Mental symptoms ? Do you have the need to fix it right away? Do you go into an avoidance mode? Do you panic? Do you blame others? Blame yourself? Do you become angry? Fearful? Start to cry? This may be your automatic response.

Here are some of the symptoms or responses that people may experience:

Some physical responses could be: headaches, stomachaches, digestive issues, diarrhea, constipation, skin eruptions, eczema, difficulty sleeping, nightmares, no appetite, binge eating, pains in limbs, muscular twitches, frequent colds and infections, breathing difficulties and asthma, styes, cold sores, fatigue, changes in a women’s menstrual cycle, restlessness and more.

Emotional symptoms could be: anxiousness, depression, fears, anger, sadness, revenge, why me?, tearful, dread, loss of confidence, fussiness, irritability, apathy, alienation and isolation, apprehension, worrying, negative thoughts, impulsiveness and more.

Mental symptoms could be: difficulty concentrating, unable to focus, memory loss, difficulty retrieving words, impaired judgment, muddled thinking, indecisiveness, hasty decisions, prone to accidents and more.

Behaviors: changes in ones’ sex drive, drinking more, smoking more, binge eating, using drugs, taking more medication and more.

*****

With the healing from homeopathy, there is a quieting and lessening of the automatic responses, the symptoms and the reactions.  So when someone again experiences a stressful situation, their responses or symptoms may be less severe, not last as long, or not be there at all. For example, someone who gets headaches, may have milder headaches; someone who gets diarrhea may not have it as often; and someone who gets panic attacks may not feel panicky at all.  The situation will be still happening, and it is stressful, but the person will be able to handle it better, and not experience their automatic responses and symptoms.  This would be a good healing.

As a note, we don’t often say that a child is stressed. They are, but we don’t use the word stress when talking about children. There may be situations that they have no control over, such as abuse and mistreatment. The birth may have been difficult and resulted in some physical disability.  Behaviors and symptoms on the autistic spectrum may have developed. I want to say that everything that I  have written in this blog also applies to children. We will see in children physical symptoms, certain behaviors, fears, difficulties in school, learning challenges, nightmares, and more. Homeopathy helps with this.

Who Comes To Homeopathy

Who comes to homeopathy?

A mom concerned about her children’s health –  asthmatic symptoms, difficulty sleeping, nightmares, chronic earaches, headaches or stomachaches, behavior issues

A woman who has difficulty with her menstrual cycle –  PMS, menopause, fertility issues, heavy periods, depression, anxiety, insomnia, hot flashes

A man who has a skin eruption that he doesn’t want anyone to see – eczema, psoriasis, constant itching, redness

All sorts of people come to homeopathy, for all sorts of reasons.

I think the main reason, is that the person is not doing better despite using other healing modalities. The person has come to the point that now they want to feel better, to BE better.

Homeopathy heals. It heals at the core of where the symptoms are coming from.

What brought the person to homeopathy is better, as well as the person having a general sense of well being.

Never Well Since…….., Homeopathy Heals

Recently, I spoke to a woman who has been constantly tired. She said that this all started after she had a very bad fall. She hasn’t been well since, she said.

Many times, people may not be well after they have had some kind of physical trauma or emotional loss or upset. Specifically, physical traumas are anything that has happened to the body, or changes to the body, such as: a surgery, a fall, a high fever, a course(s) of antibiotics, an infection,  a pregnancy, a miscarriage, the flu, vaccinations, puberty, and menopause.  An emotional trauma could be a loss of a loved one, a big disappointment, a divorce, a geographical move, a loss of a job, mistreatment, a war experience, and sexual abuse.  There may be other types of traumas that I have not mentioned.

Never well since means that the person has not been well since that particular trauma occurred. The person may have dealt with the trauma, and that was no longer an issue or concern, but they may have developed a particular physical, emotional or mental symptom or a health condition after this.  Now this is their main concern, and they are not feeling well.

Some of these health concerns could be: prolonged headaches, digestive issues, autoimmune diseases, depression, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, women’s issues, men’s issues, difficulty breathing, skin eruptions, eczema, hair loss, chronic fatigue, insomnia or other sleep disturbances, nightmares, phobias, fears, post traumatic syndrome, just not feeling well, and more.

don't feel well

The person may have seen doctors or other health professionals for help, such as the woman who called me, yet they are still not feeling well. This is a good time to come to homeopathy.

Homeopathy looks at the whole person, knowing that all the parts of the person are interconnected. This includes the prolonged response to the trauma that the person is experiencing – the never well since. Through the understanding of what the person is experiencing in their health concern, the homeopathic practitioner (homeopath) selects a homeopathic remedy that is similar to their suffering.  The main principle of homeopathy is the Law or Similars or Like Cures Like. Each person is unique in how they experience their symptoms and health concerns. The given homeopathic remedy stimulates the person’s own healing process, and the person starts to feel better.

Homeopathy is gentle in its healing and there are no side effects. It heals at the root of what is bothering the person. The person then is feeling better, and the never been well since is also healed.

Homeopathic Healing for Chronic Conditions

There is a need for homeopathy.

There are many people of all ages, young children to older adults, men and women,  who experience ongoing, chronic conditions in which flare ups and episodes occur fairly often. They may be using some form of medication to help ease, to palliate, and to alleviate the symptoms. The medication may help them feel better, for a period of time, but there is no real healing. Homeopathy can be extremely helpful for these types of health conditions, promoting a deep healing.

Some of these health conditions are:

  • fibromyalgia
  • polymyalgia
  • arthritis
  • asthma and other breathing difficulties
  • skin eruptions, such as eczema, psoriasis, acne
  • digestive issues – irritable bowel syndrome, colitis, diarrhea, constipation, flatulence, burping
  • headaches
  • chronic colds
  • behavior issues – ADD/ADHD, restlessness, difficulty focusing
  • women’s issues – menstrual difficulties, menopause
  • anxiety and depression
  • insomnia, can’t fall asleep, sleepy
  • allergies, hayfever

The October 21st, 2013 post on The National Center for Homeopathy’s Facebook page writes specifically about the medication predinsone and auto-immune illnesses. What is written in this post can be applied to any form of chronic illness in which medication is used to palliate symptoms. I have included the post here for you to read.  (If you would like to see the NCH’s Facebook page yourself,  google “The National Center for Homeopathy, October 21st”. Click on NCH’s Facebook page, scroll down to October 21st.) The National Center for Homeopathy is a great resource for homeopathy: finding a homeopathic practitioner, learning more about homeopathy, and being updated about what is happening in the homeopathic community.

“Predinsone is a steroidal drug commonly proscribed for fibromyalgia, allergies, skin eruptions, arthritis, asthma and many other auto-immune disorders. Side effects are many, dangerous and have been well known since they (steroidal drugs) were first introduced in the 1950’s.

For those with chronic illnesses, these corticosteroids can only suppress symptoms and never actually cure these inflammatory problems because they never address the reasons WHY you are experiencing continual inflammation.

Homeopathy is a wonderfully safe and helpful alternative to steriodal drugs. If you suffer from chronic acute problems for which your physician wants to prescribe this class of drugs, consider talking to a well trained homeopath to learn of better and FAR safer homeopathic options.”

****************

Homeopathy treats and heals the whole person. There is usually something specific that brings a person in to see the homeopath. The health concern could be one of those listed above. In the homeopathic consultation, this health concern is explored in depth – what it is like for the person, how it affects them, the sensation of it and more. Other areas, aspects, and symptoms of the person are also explored in depth.  For example, one aspect is how the person responds and reacts to stress. When you think about it, there are particular responses and reactions each of us experience that are unique to us when we are feeling stressed. At these times, this could be when the flare ups of the health concern are more prevalent. These responses and reactions could be difficulty sleeping, change in eating habits, particular thoughts and feelings, particular behaviors, and other physical responses and sensations.  All of this gives a picture of the state of the person.

It is the whole of the person that is being treated in homeopathy. Everything is connected. Each part is not in isolation from the rest; it is part of the whole. Homeopathy is treating the person, the whole person.

second woman feeling goodWhat is your suffering? Do you or a loved one have a chronic condition? Are you taking  medication for it and not feeling any better? Are you concerned about the side effects from the medication? It may be time to see how homeopathy can help you. Talk to a trained classical homeopath to find out more.

To add: it is always important to have your medical doctor manage and supervise any changes in the dosage of the medication, whether it is to decrease, increase or wean off of it.

Homeopathy Helpful for Children who Have Stomachaches (corrected post)

I read this article “Understanding the link between stress and stomach aches in children”. The article talks about how children experience stomachaches in connection to stress, whether it is a new school situation, difficult school environment or change in family life. The article suggests using hypnosis, mindfulness and counseling. I agree with these suggestions. I want to add homeopathy as a way to help with stomachaches.

(Yes, this is a duplicate post. I mistakenly published the wrong one.)

Although I am writing about children, this information applies to adults as well. Adults experience stomachaches from stress too.

The article was in Tuesday, August 27, 2013 edition of the U-T San Diego. It was written by Dr. Rebecca Cherry, associate director of the Motility Center at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, and was originally included in the Growing Up column published by Rady Children’s Hospital. The U-T San Diego was republishing it. Here is the link: http://www.rchsd.org/aboutus/newsroom/growingupcolumns/D022897#.UiExkz8muTq

child with a stomacheache

Homeopathy is healing the person, the whole person. We all have our own sensitivities, and our sensitive areas flare up when we are under stress. Since we are all unique individuals, no two stomachaches are alike. Yes, there are the common symptom of pain, but the root cause or state that the child experiences when having a stomachache is unique to him/her. The healing with homeopathy addresses this root cause, quieting it down. In a way, the stomachache is a sign that something is not right. It is good to listen to signs.

In addition to stomachaches, the child may have diarrhea, bloating, gas, burping, nausea, vomiting, cramping, loss of appetite, overeating, binging, craving center foods, gastric reflux, acid reflux, colic, indigestion, smelly stools and more. There may also be other physical symptoms, as well as emotional and mental ones. Remember, it is the whole person.

Very often, if the non nourishing, stressful environment is changed, the child will be better. Homeopathy calls these non nourishing environments maintaining causes. But if the child is still experiencing stomachaches after there has been a change in the environment, go see a professional homeopath. Actually, you may want to go see a homeopath anyway.
