“The invisible limits
Words like חמץ and kx’āhã don’t appear in English. These words, like thousands of others, include sounds that aren’t part of the normal spoken range of the language. We don’t have difficulty saying or hearing these sounds, they’re simply sounds we have rules against.
The question is: Is the alphabet we use missing those sounds because we don’t use them, or is it that we don’t use those sounds because we don’t have letters for them?
If you can’t see it, you can’t say it. And that goes for more than words.”

Inspired By Seth Godin
I wanted to share Seth Godin’s post with you. The last line has some similarities about homeopathy, particularly about people knowing about homeopathy. If someone does not see homeopathy, they don’t say it, they don’t seek it out and use it. Specifically, if they don’t see it:
- in the media – written, audio, TV
- on business signs on buildings
- as part of a integrative health practice
- listed as one of the healing modalities that is offered through their health care plan
- included in health articles
All of what we don’t see, such as homeopathy, is still out there. Homeopathy may be somewhat invisible here in the United States, but in other countries, such as England, France, Germany, India, Australia, homeopathy is visible. It is seen, is known, is used, and is often a big part of someone’s health care.
Making Homeopathy Visible
I work at making homeopathy visible. I write this blog about homeopathy. At times, I offer classes and talks about homeopathy. I talk about what I do with people I meet. I am always wanting to get homeopathy out to people. Basically, saying: hey, homeopathy is a wonderful healing modality that is helpful for so many health concerns people experience today, and it can be used along with other healing modalities.
I have often said over the years, that I need a building, with a BIG NEON sign on it, saying HOMEOPATHY.
Making homeopathy visible.
To all my readers, a big thank you, because you help make homeopathy visible.
And as an aside, throughout homeopathy’s history, there have been times that it was very visible and part of people’s health care. Other times, homeopathy was not seen as well, not as visible, but was still available and used. Homeopathy won’t go away. It will be here, helping people with their health.
