Holiday Season 2020

We are at the start of the holiday season, 2020.

I often send a post out around this time – about the holiday blues, about the expectations people have of themselves and of the holidays. This year, there is just more ______ . I don’t know what the word is. I think the just more comes from the physical restrictions or guidelines for these holidays, and for the unknown and uncertainty that we are feeling.

When I mentioned to one woman recently that there was a holiday next week, meaning Thanksgiving, she said “What, a holiday, which one?” People are feeling a loss, a loneliness, sadness, anger, fear, angst, depression, grief, guilt, happiness, joy, pride (these too), and many, many more emotions.

I want to wish you all a happy holiday season. I can say be kind to yourselves. Yes, do that, be kind. But also know that this is a difficult time, and a different time. And it is okay to have the feelings you are experiencing.

What has this got to with homeopathy?

Maybe nothing. But I always plug homeopathy. There is such a need for it. Always and now. For its gentleness. For its seeing and hearing the individual person. For its healing. For its compassion and humanness.

If I can be of help to you or a family member, homeopathically, please contact me here or through my website www.homeopathytoheal.com. I see patients locally to and out of the San Diego area using WhatsApp, Facetime and Skype.

Happy Holidays.

Be well.

Pam
