Why do people come to homeopathy?
Who comes for homeopathic treatment?
I always say, I see people for all sorts of health concerns, and see people of all ages.
The number one reason someone comes for homeopathic care is that they have a health concern that is bothering them. They are and have done other treatments, western medicine included. They are not doing better, and they want to feel better.
Sometimes they are people who are doing holistic forms of medicine. Some people are new to holistic medicine. Most are new to homeopathy.
And then there is what is bothering them. I think this is what most people relate to when seeking care. They will ask, have you helped others with _______________? My answer is sometimes yes, and sometimes no, and continue to say that homeopathy treats the person. It is how the person experiences what bothers them.
Homeopathy looks at the individual. Two people may come in with the same diagnosis or similar health concern, and most likely each would need a homeopathic remedy that fits and addresses them. The suggested homeopathic remedy may not be the same one for each of these two people.
Here are some of the health concerns people have called me about recently, and why they have come to homeopathy.
- Difficulty breathing
- PANDA’s – anxiety, fatigue, ongoing infections, OCD
- Adult acne – ongoing chronic acne
- Eczema – in an adult, eczema in a child
- Digestive issues
- Thrush
- Cysts
- Lyme’s Disease
- Adult – ADHD
- Grief
- Coughs/Colds
- Menopausal issues
- Urinary tract issues
- Baby in breech position
- Hormonal imbalances
- Autistic spectrum
CLASSES
To educate people on how homeopathy can be helpful and be part of their health care, I often hold classes. The information in the classes are on homeopathy in general, and a specific topic of care for self treatment
I feel excited about two classes I am offering. Below is the information of the two classes with the link to register through the San Diego Breastfeeding Center. Although, the classes are held at the San Diego Breastfeeding Center, (8325 University Avenue, La Mesa, CA. 91942), they are open to all, not just a breastfeeding family.
And those people who live outside the San Diego area and are interested in a class like these, please contact me and we can arrange a virtual one or another location for the class.
